Eligo will reach out to schedule an exploratory discussion and review what books of business you are interested in selling
If there is mutual interest, Eligo will provide an NDA to begin the document sharing process
Eligo will work with the supplier to request all relevant customer data required to analyze purchase data including:
Customer list, hedge book, contract types, and any pertinent regulatory information
Eligo will provide a bid based on the final analysis of the data.
If you are interested in proceeding, we will complete an LOI, and move forward with the acquisition process.
